Production Process

The coating workshop spans an area of approximately 4,000 square meters. It uses the latest generation of aluminum roll coating line. The width of the roll can reach up to 2,200mm, and the speed of the coating line is 15m/min. The raw materials, products and other stuff are placed in strict accordance with the ISO9001 standard.

The ALUWEDO lamination workshop spans an area of 5,000 square meters. The granular core is dissolved at high temperature of 230 degrees Celsius. It is extruded at high pressure to form a preset thickness. In addition, we apply double aluminum roll and polymer film to the lamination process.

Our aluminum composite panel must undergo a variety of strength testing, including: scratch testing, MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone) testing, water boiling test and so forth. It is also required to undergo impact resistance testing. We test the panel to ensure it will not rapidly deform under the effect of gravity. We also check the surface of the product to make sure the paint will not crack or fall off.
